Criteria

Curation

We manage few properties. We refuse more than we accept. We prefer fifteen well cared for over one hundred and fifty forgotten.

Location with soul

The address either adds to the experience or is just a coordinate. We consider the surroundings, the route, what the window reveals.

Standard of finish

Construction quality, furnishings and state of preservation above local average. Renovation is cosmetic. Structural decision is not.

Complete equipment

Quality linens, functional utensils, up-to-date electronics. The guest should bring nothing beyond a suitcase.

Performance potential

We assess whether the property has real potential to generate sustainable revenue given its profile and location. We say no when the local market cannot support the standard.

Owner alignment

Partnership, not vendor. The Dália owner delegates operations and keeps the wealth thesis. Whoever wants to micromanage the manager is not a fit for us.
